The perfect sleeping partners

The perfect sleeping partner to have in many books is one that doesn’t snore, doesn’t wriggle and doesn’t steal all the covers. Unfortunately Mother Nature didn’t make us all perfect and some of us are not blessed with a trouble-free sleep. Instead we are left battling it out for a fair share of the duvet, resort to covering our ears with a pillow and have to contend with being kicked and giving the occasional nudged back. However, we here at All Ear Plugs have a few sleeping aids that are sure to become regular partners when getting your pyjamas on.

Yes you’ve got it, sleep and snoring ear plugs and eye shades. These specialist ear plugs help you to block out these sounds of your partner’s snores, although it might also be a good idea for your partner to invest in some nasal strips to help with his or her breathing. Sleep and snoring ear plugs are comfortable to wear and will remain inserted throughout the night, no matter how many nudges you receive. Eye shades however, can have an almost psychological effect – by blocking out any light and leaving you in darkness you can remove yourself from any night traumas (okay, we might be overreacting here). By shutting yourself off you can be left in darkness and silence, giving yourself time to relax, unwind and fall peacefully asleep. Sound like a good idea? Then why not have a look at our recommendations below, and don’t forget those nasal strips.
